今天的土库曼斯坦仍然奉行中立的外交政策，土库曼斯坦的统治者推行这种制度的原因其实很明显，就是为了消除周边国家政治动荡带来的危险，为了降低国家统治成本，类似瑞士，我并没有觉得什么不好。看来想要好好深入的了解一下国家，只能去一次才知道了。
