我个人观点：燃气表的产权，如果说是江民海生公司的，那么你的东西坏了为什么要我出钱？如果说是用户的，那既然是用户自己的，那物权法有明确规定我自己的东西为啥要听你让我换？燃气表就好像你去市场买菜，电子秤都是商家应该提供的，不能是商家的计量工具坏了让买菜的承担？是这个道理吗？
