食材：柚子一个，冰糖适量，蜂蜜适量
做法：
1、柚子削顶，平削。
2、鲜柚的肉剥离出来，挖去柚子皮的白瓤。柚子皮要是整的。
3、把冰糖捣碎加入蜂蜜和柚子肉一起放入皮中。
4、隔水蒸至烂熟，大概15-20分钟后出锅，即可加蜜糖食用
