原料:雪梨2个,牛奶500毫升,干红枣、枸杞、冰糖、桂花适量
做法:
1.雪梨洗净,削皮
2.将雪梨顶切掉,核挖掉
3.雪梨里面加入牛奶,枸杞,去了核的红枣
4.雪梨放入蒸锅里,慢炖半个小时
5.炖好出锅加点桂花即可
