鸽子窝公园又称鹰角公园，位于北戴河东北角，由于地层断裂所形成的临海悬崖上，有一似雄鹰的巨石屹立，被称之为鹰角石。该石高20余米，过去常常会有成群的鸽子朝暮相聚的窝在石缝之中，因此得名。 鸽子窝公园是观赏海上日出的最佳之处，每逢夏日清晨之时，这里便云集着数万名游客来到这里观赏“红日浴海”的美妙奇景。
