李晓红，男，汉族，1959年6月生，重庆合川人，1982年10月加入中国共产党，1985年7月参加工作。重庆大学采矿系矿山机械工程专业毕业，博士，教授，澳大利亚昆士兰大学荣誉教授，中国工程院院士(2011年)。
