【沛县聊斋 报道】据网友爆料，老四中南边的西关闸已经通车，汽车勉强可以，电动车很方便，正式通车将要等到9月1日。
只想说，自从西关闸这条路维修之后，去城里实在不方便，往西绕远，往东......好吧，也是各处地在施工！
