海尔CIS热水器工厂开业 全球化生产布局再升级

11月26日，海尔CIS热水器工厂正式开业。这座工厂占地近3万平方米，投资额达70亿卢布，标志着海尔水联网在CIS市场的又一里程碑。该工厂的投入运营，将更加便捷地为当地用户提供舒适高品质热水解决方案。

本地化生产保障供应

海尔CIS热水器厂年产能达100万台，生产涵盖从10升到100升的全系列热水器，包括圆桶型、薄型机和小型机等多个品类，满足不同家庭的多样化需求。该工厂向CIS国家提供高品质产品。通过本地化生产，海尔水联网进一步优化了供应链效率，提升了产品的供货能力。此外，工厂的建设还为当地创造了超过300个就业岗位，助力当地经济发展。

其中，专利防电墙技术有效避免了沐浴时发生漏电的安全隐患，确保出水无需断电，电压降至小于5V，远低于人体安全电压，带来零隐患的舒适沐浴体验。金刚三层胆经过16万次承压测试和890度高温烧结处理，并加入钛金属，极大提升了耐腐蚀性和使用寿命，确保产品长期可靠。同时，M式注水技术实现了冷热水均匀混合，出水率提升24%，且无死水沉积，给用户带来更畅快健康的沐浴体验。

On November 26, Haier’s CIS Water Heater Factory officially opened. The factory covers nearly 30,000 square meters and has an investment of 7 billion rubles, marking another milestone for Haier Water Solutions in the CIS market. The factory's operation will make it more convenient to provide local users with comfortable, high-quality hot water solutions.

Increased Capacity 

The Haier CIS Water Heater Factory has an annual production capacity of 1 million units, manufacturing a full range of water heaters from 10 liters to 100 liters, including round-tank, slim-type, and compact models to meet the diverse needs of different households. The factory supplies high-quality products to CIS countries. Through localized production, Haier Water Solutions has further optimized supply chain efficiency and enhanced product delivery capabilities. Additionally, the factory’s construction has created over 300 jobs, contributing to the local economic development.

Technological Innovation

Among these innovations, the patented ShockProof technology effectively prevents electrical leakage hazards during bathing, ensuring that water flow continues without power shutdown, with voltage reduced to less than 5V, far below the human safety voltage, providing a safe and comfortable bathing experience with zero risks. The Diamond Three-Layer Tank has undergone 160,000 pressure tests and 890°C high-temperature sintering, and is infused with titanium metal, greatly enhancing corrosion resistance and extending the product's lifespan to ensure long-term reliability. Meanwhile, the M-Type Water Injection Technology achieves even mixing of hot and cold water, increasing water flow by 24% and eliminating stagnant water, providing users with a more refreshing and healthy bathing experience.
