格隆汇10月26日丨国开国际投资(01062.HK)宣布，公司与华安于2026年10月26日订立投资管理协议，据此，华安已同意继续担任公司的投资经理及向公司提供投资管理服务。投资管理协议由2026年10月26日起生效，至2029年10月25日止到期，为期三年。公司应付管理费为每年30万港元。
