9月30日，招商银行（03968.HK）董事会收到非执行董事石岱的辞任函。石岱因工作变动原因，请辞非执行董事及董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员职务，辞任自2026年9月30日起生效。石岱原定任期至2028年6月24日，离任后不再在招商银行及其控股子公司任职，不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。石岱的离任不会导致董事会成员低于法定人数，其已确认与董事会无不同意见。
