据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2026年9月29日，美国Essex Solutions Inc.、美国Essex Solutions USA LLC根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定挤出涂层磁线（Certain Extrusion-Coated Magnet Wire）违反了美国337条款。
中国江西Wellascent Electronic (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. of China佳腾电业（赣州）股份有限公司、美国Wellascent Technologies USA LLC. ofGrand Prairie, TX为列名被告。
