据财政部消息，财政部拟第三次续发行2026年超长期特别国债。本次续发行国债为30年期固定利率附息债。本次续发行国债竞争性招标面值总额730亿元，不进行甲类成员追加投标。招标时间为2026年10月8日上午10:35至11:35。招标结束至2026年10月9日进行分销，10月13日起与之前发行的同期国债合并上市交易。
