自萧恕明先生退任独立非执行董事职务后，萧先生自临时股东会结束后，将不再担任本公司审核委员会主席及提名委员会成员。自陈广安先生当选为独立非执行董事后，董事会决议委任陈先生为审核委员会主席及提名委员会成员。
