近日，成都陈先生送修手机时告知了锁屏密码，取回后发现相册、文件、聊天记录均有使用痕迹，相册使用时长高达15分钟，担心隐私泄露，陈先生选择报警。
维修店老板辩称，只是出于好奇，并没有把照片外传。警方查实后，对维修店老板处以行政拘留7日、罚款700元的处罚。（闪电新闻）
