9月29日，上海科技馆举办《烧火工》沉浸体验空间发布会。现场，刘慈欣表示：文字对于科幻软弱无力，人类用文字去表现幻想文学最初可能是迫不得已。
据悉，由刘慈欣科幻童话《烧火工》改编的综合性沉浸体验项目将于10月1日登陆上海科技馆，观众可以在艺术展体验一把当“烧火工”擦星星；10月15日，大空间VR体验也将与大家见面。
