9月29日，并行科技（920493）发布公告，公司拟向关联方中科信控（北京）科技有限公司采购GPU算力服务器，采购合同金额预计不超过3894万元。
公告指出，公司合计持有北龙超云55%股权，中科北龙为北龙超云少数股东，并持有中科信控65%股权，中科信控为公司关联方。
2026年中期，并行科技实现收入9.46亿元，归母净利润4193万元。
