9月29日，天亿马（301178.SZ）公告称，公司董事会审议通过调整发行股份及支付现金购买星云开物98.5632%股权并募集配套资金方案，业绩承诺期调整为2026-2027年度，承诺净利润分别为9500万元和1.05亿元，本次调整不构成重大调整。此外，公司拟与关联方及非关联方共同投资设立合资公司亿联词元，注册资本1000万元，公司出资450万元持股45%，该合资公司将纳入合并报表范围。
