9月28日，中国中冶（601618.SH）公告称，2026年9月28日，公司于上海证券交易所回购608.11万股A股股份，回购价区间为2.46元-2.48元/股，支付总金额1499.70万元，拟用于注销；于香港联交所回购113.7万股H股股份，回购价1.319港元/股，拟用于注销。截至2026年9月28日，公司A股已发行股份总数为178.53亿股，H股已发行股份总数为28.39亿股，均无库存股份。
