9月23日，国货航（001391）发布公告，董事张华因退休申请辞去公司第二届董事会董事及董事会提名委员会委员职务，辞职自公司股东会选举产生新任董事之日起生效。
同时，公司董事会提名委员会提名衣学东为第二届董事会董事候选人，任期自股东会审议通过之日起至董事会任期届满。
2026年中期，国货航实现收入125.39亿元，归母净利润9.18亿元。
