【财华社讯】中国生态旅游(01371.HK)公布，预计截至2026年6月30日止年度录得归属于公司拥有人的溢利介乎于约9500万至1.05亿港元，相比去年度集团录得的归属于公司拥有人亏损约7240万港元。董事局认为，年内从亏损转为盈利的预期主要是由于集团在年内因发行计划股份而注销金融负债而确认的一次性收益约1.824亿港元。
