北京商报讯（记者 李晗）9月15日，国家统计局发布2026年8月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况显示，8月份，一线城市二手住宅销售价格同比下降2.7%，降幅比上月收窄1个百分点。
其中，北京、上海、广州和深圳分别下降3.5%、0.8%、3.8%和2.7%。二、三线城市二手住宅销售价格同比分别下降4.9%和5.6%，降幅均收窄0.2个百分点。
