9月11日，宏源药业（301246）发布公告，根据公司总经理提名，董事会提名委员会资格审查通过、董事会审计委员会审议通过，决定聘任谢广化为公司财务负责人，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
同时，公司董事长、总经理尹聃不再代行财务负责人职责。
2026年中期，宏源药业实现收入13.42亿元，归母净利润1.56亿元。
