近日，有公开报道称，北京一消费者在711便利店（北新桥店）购物后发现，购物小票上多出两瓶可乐，但其表示并未购买。质疑门店工作人员私自刷取顾客钱款、私吞商品。
对此，该店工作人员回应称，该事件属于误会，已联系顾客解决。
