智通财经APP讯，美腾科技(688420.SH)发布公告，公司控股子公司山东莱芜煤机智能科技有限公司(简称“莱煤智能”)近日与天津中矿新材料科技有限公司(简称“天津中矿”)签订了《智能干选机买卖合同》。根据合同约定，莱煤智能向天津中矿提供智能干选机及其配套系统，总金额为2886.18万元(含税)。若合同顺利履行将对公司本年度及以后年度经营业绩产生积极影响。
