秘鲁政府9月5日宣布，该国5所高安全等级监狱进入紧急状态，政府授权军方与警方接管监狱设施，采取管控监狱周边空域、屏蔽无线通信等措施。
秘鲁政府宣布的紧急状态为期60天，旨在打击从狱内向狱外实施的有组织犯罪活动。据秘鲁政府通报，这5所监狱关押的囚犯中，大约半数与各种犯罪组织存在关联。（新华社）
