9月2日报道，公共楼顶的“私家宅院”（1）：单县单州海棠湾小区1号楼业主今年年初发现，楼顶的公共平台被改造成了私人生活空间。记者现场看到，1单元的楼顶搭建起了一间平房，家具家电、宠物饲养设施全部就位。其他业主表示，就怕刮风下雨锅碗瓢盆啥的往下一刮砸到人，而且地基、承重墙都承受不了。
