人民财讯9月4日电，明牌珠宝(002574)9月4日公告，公司拟将持有的全资子公司浙江明牌卡利罗饰品有限公司（简称“卡利罗公司”）100%股权及原由公司直接享有和间接享有的与卡利罗公司相关的一切权利概括转让给绍兴市逸鸣企业管理有限公司（卡利罗公司已向柯桥区湖塘街道缴纳的开竣工保证金180万元权益仍归属公司所有），股权转让价款经双方协商确认为2.88亿元。
