9月3日，东百集团（600693.SH）、茂业商业（600828.SH）午后涨停，百大集团（600865.SH）、国芳集团（601086.SH）此前封板，中百集团（000759.SZ）、国光连锁（605188.SH）涨幅居前。
消息面上，日前商务部等7部门印发《关于推动商品消费扩容升级的实施意见》。其中提出，到2030年社会消费品零售总额达60万亿元左右。
