久期财经讯，腾讯音乐娱乐集团(Tencent Music Entertainment Group，简称“腾讯音乐”，01698.HK，TME.US，穆迪：A2 稳定，标普：A 稳定，惠誉：A- 稳定)拟发行SEC、5年期和/或10年期、以美元计价的高级无抵押债券。(MANDATE)
上述债券预期发行评级为A2/A(穆迪/标普)，于港交所上市。
本次债券发行已委托摩根大通、高盛亚洲、汇丰银行担任联席账簿管理人，安排于2026年9月2日起召开一系列全球固定收益投资者电话会议。
