方法一：冷冻保存法

准备材料很简单，只需番茄和保鲜袋。首先，把选好的番茄放在水龙头下，用流动的清水仔细冲洗，将表面的灰尘、杂质和可能残留的农药都清洗干净。把洗好的番茄捞出，放在干净的毛巾或者沥水篮里，让水分自然晾干。接着，将晾干水分的番茄一个个小心地放进保鲜袋里，尽量排出保鲜袋内的空气，然后把袋口系紧，一定要密封好，防止空气进入导致番茄变质。最后，将装有番茄的保鲜袋整齐地放进冰箱冷冻室。当你需要食用的时候，把番茄从冷冻室拿出来，等它自然化冻就行。化冻后的番茄，虽然外观上可能没有新鲜时那么圆润，外皮皱皱巴巴的，但它的味道依然浓郁，用来煮汤、炒菜都非常合适。在寒冷的冬日里，煮上一锅热气腾腾的番茄汤，那酸酸甜甜的味道瞬间能温暖你的身心。
