国家统计局服务业调查中心、中国物流与采购联合会31日发布数据显示，8月份，我国制造业采购经理指数（PMI）为49.8%，比上月上升0.6个百分点。中国人民大学重阳金融研究院研究员敦志刚表示，8月制造业PMI回升释放了当前我国经济运行改善信号，体现出我国经济在复杂环境下的调整能力和发展潜力不断提升。
