轮椅使用者陆天龙在体验后认为贵阳北站是他坐轮椅出行体验感最好的高铁站点，无障碍通行十分便利，体验轮椅出现后，他鼓励青年的轮椅使用者大胆走出来，“目前像贵阳的无障碍已经做得非常不错了，还有像我们一样的志愿者，不断地拓宽更多的区域，来不断地做测评，我相信在我们的反馈下，公共区域的无障碍设施会做得越来越好”
