河北某高校一院长在工作群里，发了个文档，说名单里的期刊，学校认定为无效期刊。
文档内的期刊包括《Atmosphere》、《Sustainability》、《Water》、《Sensors》等有名的MDPI期刊，不认大家也觉得没啥。
除此，下面几个从今起也彻底不认了。
