8月31日，中成股份（000151）发布公告，公司召开董事会会议，审议通过关于《公司设立新西兰分公司》的议案。
本次设立分公司，主要用于新西兰Glorit 170MW光伏电站EPC项目属地化履约执行，包含项目现场管理、设计审核的协调、设备进口清关、联合体协同履约、收付款管理等；未经公司另行批准，不开展其他经营性业务。
2026年中期，中成股份实现收入8.30亿元，归母净利润1876万元。
