TCL科技8月28日公告，因经营管理需要，公司首席执行官（CEO）王成提名杨进担任公司高级副总裁（SVP）。公司于2026年8月27日召开第八届董事会第二十四次会议审议通过《关于聘任公司高级副总裁（SVP）的议案》，同意聘任杨进为公司高级副总裁（SVP），任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至公司第八届董事会任期届满止。
