8月28日，药易购（300937）发布公告，公司于2026年8月27日召开第四届董事会第十一次会议，选举周跃武为公司董事长，并聘任其为总经理，任期至第四届董事会届满。周跃武自担任董事长之日起为公司法定代表人，公司将办理相关工商变更登记手续。
2026年中期，药易购实现收入21.81亿元，归母净利润-953万元。
