解约107名应届生，一公司致歉

8月27日，常州星宇车灯股份有限公司发布致歉信。文中提到，公司深感愧疚、深刻自省，向所有受到影响的同学及家人、向关注该事件的社会各界，真诚地表示歉意！为了弥补过失，公司将向107位同学落实以下措施:

一、即时发放为期3个月的求职生活补贴，并在此期间继续向留宿公司宿舍的同学提供免费住宿。

二、积极联系其他企业提供适配岗位，组织参加由人社部门举办的专场招聘会。

三、如3个月内（11月底前）未实现单位就业，给予该同学6个月的工资作为补偿。

Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co Ltd issued a public apology on Thursday, expressing deep remorse over its handling of the layoffs.

For the 107 affected graduates, the company said it would immediately provide three months of job-seeking allowance, continue free accommodation for those staying in company dormitories, help connect them with job opportunities and local job fairs, and offer an additional six months' salary as compensation to those who remain unemployed after three months.

此前，星宇股份对应届生的一份“残酷二选一”方案，引发社会关注。

据九派新闻等媒体报道，上述公司在高调完成2026届校招迎新工作仅一个月后，便以“行业市场环境不佳”为由，对约400名应届生开展大规模劝退约谈。

The controversy emerged when the company, just one month after a high-profile recruitment drive for the class of 2026, began large-scale exit negotiations with approximately 400 newly hired graduates, citing "a challenging industry market environment", according to Jiupai News and other media outlets.

谈话中，HR给出了两条路：应届生若主动以“个人原因”签字离职，可获得半个月薪资补偿；若拒绝离职，公司将单方面强制调岗，安排其从事一线流水线装配、车灯插接、螺丝紧固等基础操作工岗位，薪资标准同步按照普工体系重新核定。同时，HR在劝退过程中还暗示，“只有配合签字，后续背调才不会受到影响”。

8月25日，江苏省常州市人力资源和社会保障局通报称，该局成立专项工作组全面调查，详情如下——

星宇股份共招录2026届高校毕业生440名，与其中107人解除劳动合同，协商过程中方法简单生硬，缺乏充分有效沟通，造成不良影响，对此企业深表歉意，已对人力资源总监作出停职处理。经查，该企业不存在违规享受就业和人才类政府补贴行为。

On Tuesday, the Changzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a statement confirming that it had formed a special task force to investigate the matter. The bureau found that Xingyu had recruited 440 graduates for the class of 2026 and terminated the contracts of 107 of them.

The negotiation process was described as blunt and lacking adequate communication, which the company acknowledged and apologized for. The company has suspended its human resources director pending further action. The investigation also found no evidence that the company had improperly received government subsidies for employment or talent development.

事件发生后，人社部门及时提供一对一就业推荐服务，截至8月25日，107人中已有22人实现就业，14人参加其他企业面试。人社部门将继续为其余人员提供就业服务。

Following the incident, the bureau has provided one-on-one employment referral services. As of Tuesday, 22 of the 107 affected graduates had secured new jobs, while 14 were attending interviews with other companies. The bureau said it would continue to offer employment support to the remaining graduates.
