据海南控股消息，8月26日，海南产权交易所有限公司（下称海南产交所）增资扩股签约仪式在海口举行。海南控股旗下海控产投所属海南金控以持有的海南股交、海南登记结算及三亚国交中心三家交易场所股权作价出资入股海南产交所，成为其第二大股东。
