【渣打集团：8月24日-26日累计回购约112.04万股股份】 渣打集团公告称，公司于2026年8月24日、25日、26日分别回购377391股、366855股、376161股普通股，合计1120407股，占期初已发行股份比例约0.0513%，回购拟全部注销。其中8月26日回购股份均在境外交易所完成，回购价区间为21.32-21.79英镑，合计耗资813.79万英镑。本次回购基于2026年5月7日股东大会通过的回购授权，该授权可回购股份上限为2.22亿股，截至目前已累计回购3031.54万股，占授权通过时已发行股份的1.37%。
