【创新药概念再度活跃 百花医药等多股涨停】财联社8月27日电，早盘创新药概念再度活跃，百花医药、罗欣药业、千金药业涨停，汉森制药、瑞康医药、誉衡药业、上海凯宝、中关村等跟涨。消息面上，上海市人民政府办公厅印发《上海市战略性新兴产业发展“十五五”规划》。其中提到，加快具有重大知识产权价值的创新药培育开发，建立创新药发现遴选机制，加强AI模型对临床成功率等的辅助预判。
