IT时代网8月27日消息，刚刚，百度集团在香港联交所发布公告——公司自愿将在香港联交所的第二上市地位转换为主要上市。该转换将于2026年9月1日生效。公司将自生效日期起于香港联交所及纳斯达克双重主要上市。
