8月26日18时，西藏边检总站日喀则边境管理支队吉隆边境管理大队派出26名警力，紧急帮助吉隆口岸14公里内村落群众陆续撤离，现已将吉隆镇老江村42名村民撤离至吉隆镇，萨勒乡郭巴村180名村民、色琼村40名村民、拉比村107名村民共计327人转移至萨勒乡萨勒村安置。
目前，口岸危险区域村落均已撤离完毕。
