经营范围包括许可项目包含：风力发电技术服务；太阳能发电技术服务；储能技术服务；新兴能源技术研发；新能源原动设备销售等。
该公司由中广核云南新能源有限公司（70%）和Huamei Holding Company Limited（30%）共同持股。
