8月25日，中船防务（600685/00317）发布公告，公司召开会议，选举翁红兵为公司第十一届董事会董事长。
此外，翁红兵于同日向董事会提交辞任报告，辞去公司总经理职务，辞任自送达董事会时生效。
2026年中期，中船防务实现收入111.20亿元，归母净利润8.37亿元。
