8月24日，瑞风绿能智算（00527）发布公告，公司预计2026年上半年将录得综合净亏损不少于约7亿元，而上年同期净亏损约4036万元。
净亏损的预期增幅主要由于因发行认购股份及2026年港元可换股债券而产生约6.92亿元的以股份为基础之付款开支所致。
