近日，福建某医院接诊一名年轻急症患者，这名24岁男性患者入院前2小时不慎将一枚筋膜球塞入肛门，异物无法自行排出，就诊时伴随轻度腹部隐痛。影像显示：这枚筋膜球直径足足6cm，已经嵌顿在直肠下段、卡于盆腔区域。经过紧急处置，最终完整取出这枚蓝色筋膜球。
