【小米公布玄戒O3芯片架构 采用3nm制程工艺】财联社8月24日电，在8月24日的小米玄戒芯片O3媒体沟通会上，小米集团副总裁、芯片业务负责人朱丹公布玄戒O3芯片架构。小米玄戒O3采用3nm制程工艺、芯片面积133mm²，晶体管数量相比上一代增长26%至240亿。架构方面，其CPU采用6超大核、4大核的10核架构，最高频4.35GHz，相比上一代性能提升60%；GPU采用16核架构，性能提升85%。（界面新闻记者 伍洋宇）
