【台湾地区半导体硅晶圆掀涨价潮】《科创板日报》24日讯，台湾地区半导体硅晶圆价格上涨，涵盖6吋、8吋、12吋等全系列规格，涨幅一成起。法人看好，半导体硅晶圆报价三年多来首度调升，环球晶、台胜科、合晶等三大台湾主要硅晶圆供货商将喜迎涨价红利，营收、获利同步看好。针对涨价议题，环球晶表示，近期确实看到部分终端市场需求逐步改善，产业链库存调整也较过去健康。
