齐鲁网·闪电新闻8月23日讯8月17日，湖南衡阳一家牌馆门口，一位老人坐着休息后晕倒离世，店家帮忙扶起反遭家属索赔10万元，还称“不赔钱，就把遗体拉门口”。司法所认定“无过错”，店主还是赔了1.9万元，用一笔钱，换一个“平安”。店主妻子说：“明明做好事却落得这样的境地，太寒心了。”（潮新闻）
