1. 去扫墓不要太早，建议上午7点以后再去；也不要回来太晚，建议下午3点之前就可以陆续往家走。
2.到家之后记得马上洗头、洗澡，换上干净的衣物，脏衣服马上清洗或者挂在阳台上吹风。
3.农历七月十四、十五、十六的晚上不要去河边、湖边、海边逗留。
4.晚上少外出，尤其是身体虚弱的老人和小孩。
